bump xine-lib to 1.1.18.1. Provide missing dscaler_greedyh_get_method and
dscaler_tomsmocomp_get_method, fixing xine-lib plugin to work with amarok.
Note: 1.1.16.1 patches are unchanged, and hence do not contain this fix,
so 1.1.16.1 does not work with Amarok. To apply the fix to 1.1.16.1
would require switching patch 16 from the 1.1.16.1 makefile patch to
the patch 16 from 1.1.18.1. xine-lib 1.1.18.1 has lots of artifacts
playing full screen video with KDE kaffeine (next commit) on my box.
